Weapons Carry Licenses are issued through the Fulton County Probate Court. To begin the process you must first visit one of two offices located at:

Once you have received your completed affidavit from the probate court, you may visit us at:
The Sandy Springs Police Headquarters located at 620 Morgan Falls Road, Sandy Springs, GA to proceed with the background check process.
Fingerprinting services are available by appointment only between 8:00AM – 4:00PM.
New applicants are required to pay a fee of $10.00 for fingerprinting services.
This service is provided to residents of the City of Sandy Springs only. You must have a valid identification indicating a Sandy Springs address.
