Caris Ayala is believed to be travelling with her husband, Noe Castillo Ramirez who is now wanted for hindering the apprehension of a fugitive. They both have ties to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico and are believed to have fled to one of those countries to avoid prosecution. Both Caris and Noe are also wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
