Tranquilino Garcia-Lorenzo

AKA Freddie

Tranquilino Garcia-Lorenzo is wanted in connection with a homicide that took place on November 15, 2013 in front of 215 Northwood Drive, Sandy Springs, Georgia (Fulton County). Tranquilino Garcia-Lorenzo is accused of shooting and killing the victim after an argument. Garcia-Lorenzo goes by the nickname of “Frankie” and is believed to have fled to Mexico to avoid prosecution.

Raimundo Barbosa-Neto


Raimundo Barbosa Neto is wanted in connection to a homicide that took place in 2006 within the City of Sandy Springs (Fulton County). Barbosa Neto’s whereabouts are unknown at this time; however, it is believed he has fled to Brazil to avoid prosecution.

Florencio Lonche-Cruz


Florencio Lonche Cruz is wanted in connection to a murder that took place on September 10, 2006 at 5801 Kingsport Drive, Sandy Springs (Fulton County). The whereabouts of Florencio Lonche Cruz are unknown at this time.

Caris Ayala & Noe Castillo Ramirez


Caris Ayala is wanted in connection to the murder of a two year old child that took place in October of 2012. Caris Ayala is believed to be travelling with her husband, Noe Castillo Ramirez who is now wanted for hindering the apprehension of a fugitive. They both have ties to El Salvador, Guatemala, and Mexico and are believed to have fled to one of those countries to avoid prosecution. Both Caris and Noe are also wanted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Armed Robbery/Aggravated Assault w/Intent to Rob/ Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony

Joshua David Bowen is wanted in connection to an armed robbery of a business that took place on June 8, 2018 in the area of 5700 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs, GA (Fulton County). After the armed robbery, Joshua Bowen fled from Sandy Springs Police Officers where he dropped his firearm. The whereabouts of Bowen are unknown at this time.
