feature as a service to citizens. You can conduct an event search for incidents, accidents and arrests by date, location or case number. If you would like a copy of an traffic accident, incident or arrest report you can obtain it through our Open Records Request portal. Additionally, you can purchase a traffic accident report from the online P2C portal.
Traffic, Incident or Arrest Reports
You can obtain a traffic accident report by visiting the SSPD Headquarters, the online P2C portal, or you can purchase traffic accident reports via our approved partner, Crashdocs.org.
You can obtain an incident or arrest report by visiting the SSPD Headquarters or submitting a request via our Open Records Request portal.
Self-Reporting Traffic Crashes
If there are no injuries, you may complete a SR13 accident report form and report it to your insurance company.
Before you leave the scene, make sure you exchange information with the other driver. Information that should be exchanged include:
- Name, address, and contact information
- Driver License Number
- License plate number of the vehicles involved
- Vehicle Insurance Information (company, policy number)
