File a Report Online
You can file reports for non-emergency incidents that occurred in Sandy Springs online using our Traffic Accident and Incident Report website.
You can search reports online via our Traffic Accident and Incident Report website. If you have a case number, you can use it to search for a report. If you do not have the case number, reports can also be searched by date and address
Purchasing a Traffic or Incident Report
You may purchase a traffic accident or incident reports in person at the SSPD Headquarters. The cost for a report is $5.00.
Alternatively, you can purchase traffic accident reports via our approved partner, Crashdocs.org.
Self-Reporting Traffic Crashes
If there are no injuries, you may complete a SR13 accident report form and report it to your insurance company.
Before you leave the scene, make sure you exchange information with the other driver. Information that should be exchanged include:
- Name, address, and contact information
- Driver License Number
- License plate number of the vehicles involved
- Vehicle Insurance Information (company, policy number)
