SUMMARY:Citizen Handgun Marksmanship Class
DESCRIPTION:This class is for the citizen who wishes to learn basic firearm
  safety\, handgun operation\, and marksmanship. Instruction includes a cla
 ssroom session that introduces the student to the Cardinal Rules of Firear
 m Safety and the fundamentals of marksmanship. For those who wish to parti
 cipate\, there will be a live fire session. Live fire exercises will be co
 ntrolled by SSPD State Certified Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors for 
 safety and instruction.\n\nStudents may bring their own handguns and must 
 provide their own ammunition. For students who do not have a handgun\, a l
 oaner will be available (ammunition must be purchased separately at the gu
 n range). Eye and ear protection will be provided. Students must wear clos
 ed toe shoes and should bring a baseball style cap with a brim. Shirts and
  tops should have a high neckline. No rifles\, shotguns\, antique guns\, o
 r Sig Sauer Model P320s permitted.
